Funding call for Covid-19 projects – Closed

This call is now closed. Members of our community are developing therapeutics and/or tests for COVID-19. We will fast-track support for industrial biotechnology related to COVID-19 that is within our scope, for example using bio-metal-nanoparticles in diagnostics. Sustainable processes to support future preparedness would also be in scope. Apply any time. Contact us ASAP at [email protected] to express interest.

Both funding calls are open to E3B: Metals in Biology members who are eligible to receive BBSRC funding. The work must be relevant to remit of the Network including industrial biotechnology and bioenergy.

Proof of Concept funding: Funding of up to £25,000 is available per project.
